Heininger 1041 CommuteMate Visor Mount for Cell Phone

Tried to use this in 3 different vehicles...no way would it fit over any of the visors. Immediately returned it for refund, but lost a large portion of my purchase price in return shipping and restocking fees. Suspect that charging a restocking fee is likely a better source of revenue for this vendor than actual sales of this unit! (Am satisfied with the dash air vent cell phone mount I purchased at the same time from this same vendor.)

I got it and it worked great for about a year. But then the clamps didn't match up. It still worked and I'm still using it, but the problem is that when you're not using it, you need to push the clamps all the way in to keep it from rattling and now I can't, so when the phone is not in it, it will sometimes rattle. Up until then, it was fine

It doesn't swivel enough and it doesn't hold the iPhone 5 as well as I hp had hoped. Mainly though I would like it to swivel more.

It works well, and it was much cheaper here than on their web site. I used it on a 1000 mile trip.

I had a lot of cellphone mounts fall apart on me before and this one held up against the heat and the clamp still works. I just love how this mounts on the visor so my phone is right up against my face when I'm driving. I use an extra long USB extension that I run along the car's A pillar and down to the charger.

When I seen this item, I was very excited. I could mount my phone quickly and the mount itself could be put up and taken down very easily. The problem with this product is the constant rattling noise when driving. The soft open mechanism that clamps your phone rattles inside even on the smoothest of roads. Very irritating.

I love the product and the concept but I broke after one adjustment

It was bulky on car visor - good product but didn't work the way I wanted.
