Nice Remaster sounds great!!!
In the hit or miss reissue sound quality category this Wild Horses one falls into the sounds excellent...I also own the Kresendo version and it sounded OK but this new Rock Candy version has a lot deeper, full & punchier sound and I'm real happy with it.As far as the album itself it's some good classy classic hard rock...just wanted to comment on the remaster as some Rock Candy stuff like the Roadmaster's and the Head East "Live" sound like crap...but they got it right on this one as they do most of the time.

Not a bad album, a bit pub rock
You can see why this band fizzled out. It’s not bad but production and songwriting aren’t great.

Tuneful rock that should have been much bigger
I first heard this album on vinyl when a friend who was a Thin Lizzy fan bought when it came out in 1980. I remember liking it, especially "Face Down", but feeling it might not be cool, because it had more of a pop feel to it than all the other rock bands I liked. Now we are much more used to a heavy rock sound with a melody and I can enjoy it guiltlessly!PS During the intervening 35 odd years I moved to North London from Peterborough and find myself within a few hundred yards of where it was recorded in Crouch End!

Great album well worth owning.
As s big fan of Thin Lizzy and Brian Robertson (guitar), it was an obvious purchase for me.The Lizzy heritage is clear in places, and Brian's guitar work is exceptional in places.

A blast from the past, Fabulous listen plus Brian Robertsons guitar work, beware don't play this on cheap equipment or tin boxes.
