Following the directions, I mixed 1 teaspoon of powder with about 8oz of water and drank. Within an hour, I was running to the bathroom (sorry, tmi). It is known that too much Vitamin C can have a laxative effect. I’m sure the amount in which a person can handle all at once is different for everyone. However it might be a better idea to try spacing apart doses. For example, start with 1/4 tsp in the morning, 1/4 tsp in the afternoon, 1/4 tsp at dinner, and a 1/4 tsp before bed. Good Luck!
