This bowl suction attaches to both the high chair plastic tray as well as the wooden table. If either the table or the under side of the tray is damp it doesn't keep its suction so worth taking the time to dry it well. The portion sizes work for our 7 month old and will work for a good while yet I think.The one thing that is frustrating is that food falling off of a bib can get caught under the tray between the suction cups and not noticed until clear up, otherwise a very good (throw proof!) tray

Bought this plate for my 11months baby girl to encourage her to eat by herself, looked for the suction plate for a long time, bought the suction bowl before, but it is too high for her to reach the food in the bowl, so think the flat plate should be easier for her. This lovely red car plate catches my attention quickly, and did same to my baby. It is fabulous to see her pick up food by herself from the plate and feed herself. The plate is very easy to clean, the suction is not tight enough if baby pulls it hard,but to be honest, I didn’t find any suction toy, suction bowl can stay on high chair tightly if my baby pulls them, and this one is not too bad as my suction toy.I need the food suction plate which can get her attention, easy for her to reach to get food and not throw away the plate easily. This plate does very well for me, I do recommend!

Brilliant product, my little boy loves it and the section sizes are perfect for separating things. Maybe they could offer a different design with a bigger section for when you are wanting to serve a meal to a slightly older child but feel they have the same plate design? But this plate for what it is intended I cannot fault. The suction is brilliant (my little boy gets frustrated he can’t pull this off the table though!) and it’s easy clean as can go in the dishwasher unlike other brands

I absolutely love the lay out. Very easy to clean. Good portion sizes. I like to fill 1 or 2 if the spaces with food I'm unsure my little one will eat or trying for the first time and then another with something I'll know he'll finish.The only problem is the suction power, it seems to have none! I've tried on different surfaces. Soo if your main reason for purchasing is the suction like mine was, I would avoid, but if you don't mind the little suction power then it's great.

Very nice design however it doesnt hold it properly. My little one removed it and dropped all the food on the floor with one hand.
