Please Note: Agate is a natural material and the beauty of agate it is that it varies. Agate also has naturally forming holes, voids and colour variance from piece to piece. Some of the holes within coasters, bookends, candles, are even sparkly as this makes the product what it is. Whilst many customers understand that there will be such features, some do not and question the very nature or compare to the illustration photos on the listing that the goods are not exactly the same. No two pieces of agate will be the same. All crystal / naturally derived products come from mother nature and have certain inclusions and imperfections out of anyone’s control. Expensive for quality
Lovely coasters but 1 came with a hole completely through from one side to the other. I understand their natural but shouldn’t come like that. Coaster was replaced but I had to pay the cost for return which was nearly £4 . It would of been easier to keep as the damage was evident in photo and get a free replacement.Lovely seller otherwise but let down by this as they were expensive @£40 for 4 coasters.
