When they say it tastes awesome, it's not a marketing gimmick. I wasn't really sure what flavor "snow cone" was (you have to add flavor to a snow cone, so technically snow cone flavor should just taste like snow), but after I mixed a couple of these I figured it out. It's skittles. No joke. It literally tastes like I blended a pack of skittles into my pre workout! The scoop is really small, so you get 50 servings in one container. This one gives me pretty good energy too, about the same as c4 or bullnox, and it gives me some pretty good pumps that are at least as good if not slight better than c4 and bullnox. I don't know if I would pay full price for it because there are other comparable pre-workout mixes for less money, but if I can get it for $25 again I definitely will!

I've used a lot of different pre-workouts. For the most part, they're all the same with the only real noticeable difference being the amount of caffeine.Vortex works well. If you've never used a PWO drink, start with half a scoop and work your way up.I get a solid energy boost, good pump, am more focused, and have better stamina than with some of the other PWOs out there without getting the jitters.

This tastes just like a snow cone! I love this powder. However, I do think you should start with less than a whole scoop. I started with only half a scoop. The first time I tried it, I did a whole scoop and it made me jittery. I lowered it to half and it's perfect now. Also, do not drink it late or you'll be in bed wide awake. I'm usually beat after work, but after drinking it, I feel re-energized and I don't skip my workout. I even work out longer than I initially planned. It gives me a lot of energy. I usually drink it around 5.

The flavor is great but you have to get just the right amount of water or the flavor will be sour or too watered down. There is a very fine line between how much water it needs to taste its best. Kind of tastes like cotton candy.I use two scoops when I work out and it gives me a solid two hours on the gym. No crashes and no complaints about its effectiveness. I'd give the intensity somewhere between c4 and musclepharm assault.

I had previously purchased the sour watermelon flavor which I enjoyed, but I like this flavor so much more! It really does taste like a snow cone! I love this product because it's the only way I can get through a full workout. I take 1.5 scoops because I have a high tolerance for caffeine and other stimulants. The only downside is that it doesn't mix very well as others have posted but with this flavor I don't really mind.

The Good:One of the best tasting pre-workouts I've ever had (and I've tried a lot) when the batch is good.Nice subtle boost in energy but nothing over the top.The Bad:Extremely inconsistent in their quality control.Bad customer service from BPI.I tried this pre-workout on a trusted recommendation and, initial, was happy I did. The first tub I got was a blue color similar to the packaging. The taste was great and the energy boost was there but nothing that was over the top or made your skin crawl.The second tub I got was brown in color and didn't mix and had a different smell and taste from the first tub I bought. Quite frankly I thought I had gotten an expired container but the expiration was dated 2018. An inconvenience but with Amazon's return policy not the end of the world. I exchanged the product for a replacement and received the exact same thing. Amazon was awesome and refunded my money and didn't make me send back the second tub, which went directly in the trash. I am currently waiting on my third replacement only because I loved the first so much. I will update the review when I receive it but three strikes and your out in my book.Now, let me tell you a little about BPI and their response to my concerns. I posted to their Facebook page with pictures and just basically stating my concern over their quality control. My post was quickly removed and received no response. I don't care if their formula doesn't work at different times of the year. That just tells me that BPI shouldn't be selling it at those times of year because it's not just a color and consistency problem. The powder smells bad and taste equally as bad.Edit:Received my third tub of this product. Same problems as the previous two. That's it, three strikes and your out. I'll never buy another BPI product again.

Pros: Taste is ok, I went with the snocone flavor. It seemed to help me power through leg day a little easier. No jitters or tingling. A little goes a long way.Cons: Flavor I chose got old real quick. I know this isn't meant to be used every workout but even by the third time using I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor. It's super gritty! I'm not sure if I got a tub that was older or if everyone has this issue but I don't like chewing my drinks. There's a bunch of left over grit at the bottom when finished and isn't pleasant to drink at all. I mixed the powder with cold water as the directions implied and shook it up using a blender bottle. The white grit that is left is what is seen in the photos. This made this supplement lose stars for sure.

This pre workout is perfect for me. I wanted something that gave me energy, but didn't have me jittery. I just mix one scoop with a little water 20-30 minutes before I work out. Not only is it a great pre workout, it's also inexpensive. BTW I'm a 37 year old woman who works out 4-5 times a week...primarily cardio and circuit training. No heavy lifting.
