Just what I needed
I use it for hip thrusts and it makes the exercise much more comfortable. I find I can do more weight with a correct form now because the bar isn’t pressing into my hips. The pad does not slip or roll even though I use it on a 1” bar. I would say you could use it on 1” or 2” with ease. This is the first time I have purchased or used a barbell pad but I am pleased, does just what I needed with no issues.

Perfect for all my gym needs, made of great quality and looks like it will last a long time! The seller is also very customer friendly. They checked in to see if the product arrived okay and that I was satisfied.

It works!
The good news? This barbell pad protects my bony neck perfectly. The bad news? My personal trainer, The Pain Master, is going to add more weight and a LOT more repetitions. Yikes!

Protection from weights.
I bought this item because I have seen several weight-lifters use this for hip thrusts. This is a great option for those looking to build their glutes and to avoid the pain of the bar on the hips.

It works!
Does what it’s supposed to do! Fairly priced. Maybe not the most attractive barbell pad out there but it’s reliable and stays in place. I’ll buy another one if I manage to wear this one out.

Excellent quality, Very Pleased!
I've been needing a pad for my squat bar for a while now and when I came across this one for so cheap I bought it right away! It's thick but still very soft and also has helped me up the weight I am able to squat since the pain from the hard bar is not there anymore.
