If you are on a weight loss journey, these scales are awesome! My wife and I are dieting using the NHS method of simply cutting 500 calories from our day's intake (2,000 Kcal for Ladies and 2500 for gents), and with a bit of aggressive calorie deficit I've shed over 4.5 Stones. But, our Salter analyser scales were becoming unreliable with bogus readings (one job to do and failed!). I did some homework and with 27,000 sales, these INSMART 260H Bluetooth scales seemed perfect.OK, so we are in our sixties and the thought of binding the scales to an app terrifies us but I threw caution to the wind and bought them. Same day from Amazon prime, free delivery and a 15% reduction voucher which made them just over twenty squid! (£20.04 to be precise). They are neat, well packaged and nicely designed and we chose black so that the readings show up (our white salter ones were hard to decipher).Easy set up that even we could understand. Pop in the three included batteries and stand with naked feet on the metal plates and up comes the reading, press the rear button to change settings to kgs, stones and pounds or metric tonnes if you visit Greggs the bakers regularly. Scan the barcode with Google scanner (on all smart phones) or download the Insmart app from the play store on your phone. Fill in the details to set up your account and then binding is simple. Switch on bluetooth capability on your phone... step on scales..... select binding section on the insmart app and press + button to find the scales. Once binding is OK's.... you are good to go.Now open the app and press the blue feet icon at the bottom. Stand on the scales and it reads on thopse and also on your app. Remain standing until it says all complete and your figures appear. Water, Visceral fat, Muscle mass, BMI and body fat are all shown plus lots more including your body age calculated via your results...... prepare to be shocked if you are overweight and 50 years old and your body age is 75! Click on any recorded figure and it tells you what that is and what is should be if you want to be healthy and represent your country in the next Olympic games. You can link the app to others like Google fit and fit bitch... or is it Fitbit? I also upload my blood pressure, pulse rate, water intake etc and all figures are stored, showing trends that you can check your progress on.No brainer this one, twenty squidderoonies, four colour to choose from, brilliantly simple yet superbly efficient.... Amazon Prime reliability and speed of delivery and Paypal option for security. Best £20 I ever spent apart from a bargain bucket of Reese's chocolate minis on a Tesco Clubcard deal a while back!

very good and very accurate, tells me how fat I am every time I dare use it. is also linked to me phone via software which was easy to install and use (Android phone) so I can remind myself at work every day!

Needed new scales so opted for these work well with app and good way to monitor your body parameters...

Love these scales. The app is great as it shows your weight trend. I like That it can help me stay on track. The scales are accurate too.

Impressive for the cost, accurate and really easy to setup and link your phone. Recommended if your doing weight loss.

Had these a week and so far so good. Excellent blue tooth app with all the different readings including weight, BMI and even estimated age! etc. Certainly good to know all this stuff if you want to keep healthy. Recommended
