Delicious with good cheese
The flavor is outstanding. Very sticky so difficult to cut but worth the effort when paired with good cheese. Really a lot of deliciousness for the price.

Tastes Great
I use the guava paste in baking copies as close as I can get to the amazing guava filled cookies. I first tasted them in El Junke - the Puerto Rican Rain Forrest National Park near San Juan, PR. The paste is very easy to put small squares between 2 sugar cookies, seal them, brush milk on top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on them and bake for 8 to 9 minutes.
