The LEGO BOOST Activity Book Kindle Edition

I like that this book is intriguing to young minds (son is turning 7) but does not talk down to them. Lots of color images and step by step guides building on previous chapters. This will provide hours and hours of education and entertainment and does not require any additional stuff outside of the book and the Lego Boost set - which is also brilliant. When my son started building the robots he said - 'this is the best lego set ever' which coming from him is high praise indeed. In addition to the great projects in the book, it also inspires you to use some of what you have learned in your own builds. This would be good for boys and girls. A big fan!!

The front page bot is the only 1\2 interesting project, the rest don't bother...

An excellent book to build robots.

My grandson is seven. He absolutely loved this robot. He spent hours creating different versions of it. You will kill some batteries, but I would buy this robot again in a heartbeat

J'ai acheté ce livre pour avoir des modèles supplémentaires pour le Boost offert à mon fils à Noël.J'ai été très positivement étonné par la qualité du livre qui ressemble vraiment une production lego officielle. Il y a plusieurs modèles de robots à construire, sur la base des pièces disponibles dans le set de base, énormément d'explications très claires et simples sur la manières de les programmer et le tout est présenté très clairement avec de nombreux visuels et exemples pour aider à la compréhension du système.Alors oui c'est tout en anglais (ce n'est pas une surprise), et mon fils de 9 ans ne pourra pas l'utiliser seul avant un moment. Mais justement cela me permettra de l'accompagner dans ses idées et d'avoir le livre comme base pour bien lui expliquer comment ça marche et comment programmer (en fait c'est un très bon support pour faire des math assez simples et de manière ludique).Indispensable si vous êtes à l'aise en anglais.Si vous avez trouvé mon commentaire utile, n'hésitez pas à cliquer sur le bouton juste en dessous ;)

My son chose this book and loves it. He has spotted one error in the print so far but wasn't phased by it and anyway it's good to be paying enough attention to the build to work out how to make changes and fix stuff as it leads towards better learning.

The book is OK, arrived quickly despite being squashed into the letter box... Why does the postal service never deliver things as they used too.... rant over.the book is really only a programmers guide, not a builders guide, with alternatives.

Ok, ufficialmente l'ho comprato per mia figlia di 10 anni, ma in segreto era per me.Davvero ben organizzato, è raro trovare un libro che ti prenda per mano così bene e ti introduca al cuore della sua materia per i giusti passaggi, uno dopo l'altro.Dispiace che sia disponibile solo in inglese. Non per difficoltà di comprensione, ma perchè temo che sia uno dei segnali che i cervelli migliori se ne siano scappati.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Dieses Buch ist einfach der Hammer. Es ist DIE Bedienungsanleitung für Lego Boost. Es wird ALLES beschrieben was man wissen muss, um komplexe Modelle zu bauen und vor allen Dingen zu programmieren.Lego Boost hat 6-12 jährige als Zielgruppe. Dieses Buch erweitert den Kreis bis weit ins Rentenalter (wozu ich gehöre).Ich habe mir Lego Boost gekauft, weil ich meine Enkel damit für Technik und Programmierung begeistern wollte. Dank dieses Buchs bin ich selbst vom Lego-Virus befallen. Es macht Spaß und hält geistig fit.Schade ist nur, dass es (noch) keine deutsche Übersetzung gibt. Aber es ist relativ „leicht“ geschrieben, sodass ich mit meinem etwas eingestaubten Schulenglisch klar komme.Von mir eine 100%-ige KAUFEMPFEHLUNG.
