I gave this ab roller 5 stars because it's a very good product for its price point and does exactly what it's supposed to. It's well-made and the extra-wide wheel provides excellent stability, which is a big advantage for anyone just starting out. It rolls smoothly and easily across my carpet and it is effective at isolating the abs muscles as well as arm and lower back and sides.The included exercise sheet with routines and a schedule is a thoughtful addition that could be very helpful for beginners, even though I had my own routine already. I've been using it every other day and have confidence that it will hold up well.My only critiques are minor. The metal rod inside is hollow, and I did notice a very slight bit of flex during use. Additionally, the design of these rollers at this price point, where the steel rod rubs directly on the plastic wheel, means there will be some wear and tear over time. For continuous, long-term use, I would eventually look to upgrade to a more robust model with steel roller bearings to ensure greater durability.

I totally recommend it, my previous abs wheel had just one wheel, so it was hard to use, that's why I can say without a doubt that this abs wheel is way better. The design is both cool and functional, the grips are comfortable to hold, I tried it out as soon as it arrived and the result was better than I expected, it made my workout more efficient, the two wheel design provides great stability which really helps you to focus on killing those abs and avoiding an injury due to a bad form or poor stability, the price is totally fair and the knee pad is the perfect accesory that makes this product worth to buy. Also, It isn't noisy at all, although I don't think this is a huge problem

Excellent product 5 star

The design was very stable, and I experienced no wobbling; however, I didn’t like the size of the thing. It’s stable, but so small that it doesn’t feel as stable as expected.I’m a pretty small person myself—4’11” 128 lbs—and I can’t imagine how this may feel for someone of average size. I want something that allows comfortable hand placement and aligns with my shoulders. Maybe if the bar was just slightly longer, I’d be happy with the roller.Overall, it gets the job done and is easy to assemble and use.

I use it every other day already see a difference.
