I am huge coffee fan especially the dark roasted beans - espresso or americano sort of; I was researching on various forums like YouTube / quora and web on what would be like attributes on your first coffee machine , what to expect and how to extract the best coffee (I am also regular Starbucks coffee drinker with monthly spent around 2K ) especially the 100% arabica ... Trust me this delonghi machine will serve your purpose its compact, easy to use, no hanky panky ... from very first day it will do what its asked for ... Now getting the most extraction from your beans will be like depending upon factors such as1) Beans aging - the manufacturing date2) grind size (especially for rich foma)3) Pure extraction will be like 1 dose - 25 - 27 seconds extraction and almost double to bean size , if you are using 8 GM coffee extraction should be around 16 - 17 gms ...So to get to the maturity level will take some time ... but still this is a great product ... just go for it.

Nice machine 👏 quite authentic in delivering cafe style espresso shots. I’ve purchased few more accessories for uniform distribution of pressurised water through 51mm portafilter. I enjoyed making espresso shots and winter is the best time to enjoy. Go for it.

I like the product, my machine is not working properly i asked for replacement.. but worried weather will i get the good one..

Not the best or the most hassle free espresso machine i can imagine. I had a nespresso machine which i could call purely hassle free (but again that made me restricted to the nespresso pods).This machine works good with ground coffee (use Lavazza/Illy/Starbucks) but cant say it worked perfect from day 1. Warmth was very questionable (although you can programatically raise that), the frother was just satisfactory, no where close to any of its competitors like Breville.But an italian machine within this budget having a 15 bar pressure, with some limited support too within India, its not the most crazy choice i have made. Feel free to modify it with aftermarket products (like a customised portafilter/nude filters/frother wand/tampers n jugs etc)

To save you from buyer’s remorse, before buying any expensive coffee machine, slide into this hobby gently by first buying and getting used to a moka pot as well as a cheap v60. I was confused between several models and decided to get this one for the color and size (it's more vertical and takes less space), works as intended and always delivers. I am so addicted that I wait to reach my office to get my coffee, and weekends are getting dull at home. I might buy another for home use.

If you are a coffee lover, this is a must have machine, after reading all the reviews from India as well abroad, i was in no doubt to go for this machine. Using it for past 7 months and no problem till now. We are using blue tokai coffee powder, with this combo, we are getting coffee as good as any top cafe.Pros1. Very Quick to heat.2. Very easy to use.3. Good froth for cappuccino (also depends on the milk you are using)4. Easy Descaling ( need to do it once in 2 months when using daily for 3-4 shots)Cons1. Mug warmer could have been better.2. Descaling3. Presser is low quality (you can buy another one from amazon)Overall a very good experience!

Machine was working fine but at 3 months there occurred some malfunction and it was not generating pressure. I contacted the service provider as told by Amazon. The mechanic came but he knew nothing about the machine and told me that portafilter basket was faulty and needs to be changed. I said OK but to my utter surprise backet was not covered in warranty and I need to pay it. I told the mechanic to give me the bill and change it. Since I asked for the bill the mechanic has stopped answering my phone. I called up orient guys who are third party service providers and they also don’t respond and drop my phone. I called Amazon and they have give me some mail id to contact which I contacted and still awaiting reply. In nutshell my machine is not working and my money gone in drain and i am frustrated.
