I've used Idylis air purifiers for many years. Changing the filters was not a problem, but having to cut the charcoal pre-filter to size was a pain. These filters negate that need as the pre-filter is already cut to size making filter changing a snap. As with all these types of filters, they are a little expensive in my opinion.

I use 6 to 8 of these at a time. This is a fantastic price. The Hepa filters are housed in light cardboard rather than plastic. The fit is tight and the Hepa can bend if you aren't careful when installing it into your air purifier. But the tight fit actually works better in the air purifiers, particularly with the precut pre-filters. It is best to the insert bottom of Hepa into slot gently but firmly pressing in on both left and right sides at the same time. Then gently but firmly push in the top part of the Hepa into the slot. You can do this with or with out the attached carbon filter. It worked best for me to install the Hepa filter first, separately, then the carbon pre-filters, as I always had before.
