Nice little barbell pad
Works perfectly. I use it for hip thrusts, and it is comfortable on my hips, even with pretty heavy weights.I don't use it for squats or lunges, but I imagine it would work great for those barbell exercises as well, considering how awesome it is for hip thrusts.

It works!
The good news? This barbell pad protects my bony neck perfectly. The bad news? My personal trainer, The Pain Master, is going to add more weight and a LOT more repetitions. Yikes!

Just enough give to not hurt
So at our gym they stopped allow usage of their foam pads to do hip thrusts. I decided to gamble and purchase this one. I was concerned the padding was going to be 'too stiff' and not any better than just thrusting straight with the bar. I've used really stuff hard foam cushions before that still cause discomfort. I actually think this isn't so bad. It has enough 'give' and it doesn't hurt as I do the reps. I would recommend it for the price compared to others.

Just what I needed
I use it for hip thrusts and it makes the exercise much more comfortable. I find I can do more weight with a correct form now because the bar isn’t pressing into my hips. The pad does not slip or roll even though I use it on a 1” bar. I would say you could use it on 1” or 2” with ease. This is the first time I have purchased or used a barbell pad but I am pleased, does just what I needed with no issues.

Comfort & Support
I have alot of neck sensitivy and have to have real protection from a bar when training...this pad definitely makes my training alot easier...plus I love the color #liftlikeagirl #50andFIT

It’s a must buy!
This pad is amazing! Wow what a difference. It is so comfortable and light weight. It stayed in place while I worked out. I did swats a while longer today!

It works!
Does what it’s supposed to do! Fairly priced. Maybe not the most attractive barbell pad out there but it’s reliable and stays in place. I’ll buy another one if I manage to wear this one out.

Awesome bar pad with relief for neck
Now I actually enjoy doing oly bar squats without pain in the base of my neck/traps! Don't have monster-sized traps to cushion a steel bar with heavyweights so this product is a lifesaver! The velcro straps are nice to keep the pad with the relief centered on your neck. thanks again!..don't have to worry about using the ratty looking non-supportive pads at the gym.
