Good podi without garlic. Course powder with sesame seeds visible needed regrinding at home.
The powder is course with white and black sesame seeds visible. Had to grind it once again at home to bring it to consistency. The course powder gives it crunchy texture. This is without garlic, nowadays difficult to find podi without garlic in market. Recommended product.

Extremely tasty product. If you mix it with a good ghee, it tastes superb. It is not very hot or spicy, which is liked by me. I even gifted a bottle to somebody.

The pieces of dal in the chutney are not ground properly. It felt like trying to bite stones. Also, this chutney lacks any particular flavor or taste. Waste of money.
