Atrauman Ag Ointment Dressings 10 x 10 cm, Pack of 10

I haven't had a chance to use these yet - thank goodness. However, if that unfortunate time comes I will update. I have used another brand of silver dressing before and had really excellent results. A friend had a particularly nasty dog bite on her arm and it healed beautifully without any infection and without any scar even. I even used the other brand on our horse when he slipped and cut his leg badly, leaving a large flap of skin hanging. It needed initial veterinarian advice, but with the silver dressing under a compression bandage the leg healed beautifully and the skin flap was kept viable and healed neatly over the large cut.

As a retired nurse I find this is an excellent product akin to the old fashioned tulle gras I used to use on suppurating wounds - it doesn't stick /is easily removed for changing & redressing /easy to apply /soothing & aids healing .Well packed - a quality product & although expensive worth every penny .I'm using it following shutting the car door onto my leg which required steristrips to the laceration on a calf wound that became infected .A great product in the right hands . Amazing product! My DD scald her hand with the kettle tap and A&E didn't even apply the silver despite me bringing our own over. Anyways, our lovely nurse at the GP placed the silver and within 1.5day the open wound showed sign of healing. Sadly, DD’s dressing kept falling off due to the area the scald was at but it allowed me to see how quickly the healing process was.Great product!

Surely this must be the best antimicrobial dressing on the market. I am using it for infected leg wounds.Easy to apply and more importantly there is no pain when changing the dressing as it comes off easily.Very pleased with it. Fast delivery ... have ordered a second lot to make sure I don't run out.Highly recommend this seller.

I needed the dressings quickly after my partner had an injury. The seller replied imidiately and I got it the next day. It worked really well on a very bad injury. Everything healed amazingly!
