I don’t take this constantly and when I do I don’t feel massively different but I do think it does some good and based on quality it is the best fish oil on the market in my view. Taste is lemony and fine and I chase it down with cordial.

I use liquid omega 3 together with my children who cannot yet swallow capsules etc. I bought this after much research as a replacement for our regular big brand liquid omega 3 which has now been discontinued. It needed to taste and smell right for my kids to accept taking it. This is pretty much similar in taste, smell and texture to my old one. This one does deliver slightly higher EPA and DHA which is great. It has no fishy taste or smell. It has a subtle citrus hint and is light in texture/viscosity too. So there was no fuss after the first taste from all kids. The price is high (as was my old one too) but these ones are triple filtered and purified (important in removing toxins from the oil) and deliver really high doses of EPA and DHA. I only wish it had Vitamin D and E in it as my old one did.

I don't have the healthiest diet in the world, so I've been worrying I don't get enough nutrients as I don't eat a lot of fish or food containing high levels of Omega 3.I've taken cod liver oil tablets in the past and always found them revolting. I couldn't stand the taste on my tongue, or the aftertaste I got after taking it. Before I even opened the bottle & though I knew it was going to be lemon flavoured I very hesitant trying it at first, as I normally can't stand the smell or taste of fish, especially an oily substance. The next day, I just took it straight and it left a nice lemon taste in my mouth. Who says fish oil has to be revolting?!This bottle contains 250ml, and you only require 5ml a day per adult - this works out at a 50 day supply per bottle! I've noticed a difference in mental clarity from taking this, and after this bottle is finished I will definitely be ordering another bottle. This product really deserves 5 stars. Arrived still cold, which means the guys from amazon store and package and deliver like pros. So really impressed in that regard. The taste is very good. Reminds me of a oily lemonade rather than regular oil. My mom however doesn't stand the taste so I guess try and see yourself. I have taken cod oil before and this was the best so far. Expensive but good.

If you want to take the studied amount (which is much higher than the recommended amount) that is suggested by Dr Patrick and others then this is the best because by taking one spoon (not teaspoon) you take even more than the bare minimum of both Fish Oil and D3.If you try taking the same amount with capsules you'll soon realise you need to take at least 6 if not 8 and one more for D. Sure, with capsules there is no flavour but I prefer on spoon and knowing I'm done than having to go through 8 capsules!Also, the quality is very good. Perhaps not the absolute best but nonetheless at the top.
