Doesn't come with instructions
No instructions so unable to use. Contacted the seller and instructions emailed to me within 24 hours

Eventually when received the key and could use the box, it was very good.
Arrived on time but no key to open box and the instructions are vague.Key was sent after my request direct to company. Other than that it does the job very well.

Bought this product on Amazon from recommendations. We had a letter from our council saying there was a sighting of a rat in the vicinity of a few houses. So after a little investigation found some possible evidence. We placed this excellent quality box and poison in place and it has been used by the rat and said evidence has now disappeared so I highly recommend this product.

There were no instructions provided and the print on the satchets was minute. I tried to telephone the seller but no one was available I cannot recommend this product

Does the job!
Bait station comes with key,small steel bar and small piece of plastic with a semi circle cut out and poison sachets, while I was able to work out what the steel bar and the plastic attachment were for and also where to install them if required it would be useful to have some simple instructionsThe station has proved successful as the poison has been taken twice and have not seen the rats in the garden for 2 weeks now
