I have used SC in the past and I love it. I bought this one and the entire spray nozzle was missing. Sure, I could just pour it on the shoe but in the past it works best if you spray the product onto the shoe and let it sit. Whoever inspected this item didn’t do a good job, and whoever picked it should have alerted the manager to let them know that the spray nozzle is missing. Accountability and responsibility.

It was in a pump spray, not a pressurized can so it worked OK to clean shoes inside the house. No worries about inhaling fumes. My daughter had tar on faux suede tennis shoes, and I had normal wear on a pair of expensive real leather ballet shoes, both were light pink. This is not a color I expected to have good results with, but it cleaned them both. The tar ones, didn't look like new, but became wearable again, the best one could hope for. I have used various cleaners on suede in the past, and this was definitely better than previous ones I've bought from shoe stores.

It does work, but you need to scrub and out of a lot of product for it to work.

I bought a pair of white Reebok’s and wanted a protector to keep them crisp white. I can’t say I am disappointed with this purchase. 10+ wears in and they look great! I do wash them after each wear and use this product.Highly recommend for my OCD sisters 🤟🏼

I bought it for white Roxy canvas shoes. At first, I didn't notice any coloring and thought it worked and moved up from the sample size to the large bottle. I got to use it twice. i noticed a little yellow, so I cleaned again, and it was worse.The fix is BORAX. I figured I had nothing to lose, and threw the "ruined" shoes in the wash with Borax added. It took two washings, but my shoes are as white as they were when I bought them. I dried them in the sun. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR WHITE CANVAS!

This product is great. Got the small pack in July with the cleaner, odor, and protectant and ended up loving the cleaner. It works extremely well and super fast. Just a couple pumps and rub with the brush and you are good to go.
