Zapap zap zap :) abolutly works.i didnt know we had a many bugs ewwww.has to be dark which sucks.wonder if thers a day version....and def close windows as i know i didn have that many moth. It does ping them quite farbutleast they dead. I havent read where to put the plate

Both tubes stopped working week 3 not very good at all however it did zap bugs but only for 3 weeks. I cant recommend

Best thing ever

Been great so far, worked a treat. Had an infestation of flies after a rat died under the floorboards. This took care of them brilliantly and killed near enough every one of them. Far better than trying to chase them round the house with a swatter and kills them with a very satisfying crack. Leaves a bit of a smell like burnt hair in the room but worth it to be free of flies. The only thing it loses a star for is cleaning it. Most of the flies drop into the tray at the bottom but a few have welded themselves on to the electric bars so need to take it apart to get to them. Other than that it is great, especially for the price. Money well spent. As long as it holds up over time then seems good value.

Arrived the next day after ordering, sadly the lower bulb failed after 2 weeks of owning it, customer services are good but still awaiting replacement bulb after2 weeks so assume the spares come from a different country?Not impressed with the distance the flies are supposed to be killed from as it certainly isn’t 50 metres…It might be better when the second bulb is installed…When the device works it’s a very loud crack with the fly is fried…The lead to the device is very short too…I won’t be buying another one…

Great item does the job

Useless product...First one failed with both tubes. Poor customer service promised replacement tubes never came. Sent unit back to amazon for replacement. Replacement unit failed again with exactly the same fault. Contact manufacturer again explained that the second unit failed. Promised again to send replacement tubes. never go the tubes. Sent the faulty unit back to amazon for full refund. WARNING DO NOT BUY. company useless at promises to support.

Great item that actually works! I purchased a similar item before that uses led type tubes and it was useless the flies just werent bothered about it. so i thought i would try this one and fair play works a treat! flys really have no hope against it. would definately recommend
