Works, Cheap Price, Quality Material
Used to line a dock to protect the boat/dock from banging around. Nailed right in, no problems. Came fast in a large box, rolled up. No complaints here, cheaper than a lot of places.

Does the job!
This item will do a nice job for your needs. It can be quite stiff to work with, but once it's unrolled, you will be able to mount it securely to your dock system. You might consider using the "L"-shaped material if it makes sense.
