What I thought was a decent product turned out to be just mediocre but the customer service is the worst! The top cover cracked and I am not able to properly attach it to juicing bowl so half the time it won’t turn on or juice properly. I have tried to reach out to their customer service SEVERAL times and I can’t get a hold of them or get an email response. I pretty much have a $120 product that I can’t use!!

The machine is very quiet as indicated, but the negatives are a bit too much for me. Not useful for large batch juicing. The motor needs to be shut down every ten minutes, for a ten minute rest. Pulp gets so compressed around the juicing bowl, auger and fine strainer, that you need really strong hands, dexterity and large work space to pull it apart. Be careful, because you end up cleaning up your workspace from the flying pulp, when it finally breaks loose. Cleaning is a whole other ordeal. They provide an extra large toothbrush looking tool, that doesn’t get into all the nooks and crannies. I sure wouldn’t want to have to clean it every day, if you are into juicing. I was pressing small apples, and cleaning the machine took more than 30 minutes. And still found areas I missed while packing it up. On the upside, it really did squeeze every possible drop of juice out of the apples. I hope that this information helps you make the right choice for your needs.

There are several pros to this juicer:1. It’s super quiet, yet effective2. You can juice soft to hard fruit and vegetables. I’ve juiced cucumbers, kale, radishes, ginger, watermelon, celery etc.3. It’s a slow mastication, so it gets a lot of the liquid out of the pulp.4. It doesn’t produce too much foam because it juices slower than other juicers5. It’s not that heavy6. Assembly and disassembly is very easyMy only gripe about this product is that leftover juice/pulp gets stuck in some holes in part of the machine. I don’t know why there are openings in the mesh grate as they have only one opening, so juice does not leave the openings once it gets in. I’ve attached photos that show the leftover juice/pulp.I’ve used the brush that the juicer comes with, but it cannot reach the openings. I’ve had to soak the mesh grate in a mixture of vinegar and hot water in order for the particles to come out.I will keep the juicer as I feel the pros outweigh the con. I do recommend the juicer though.

I purchased this juicer 7/09/2020 and immediately put it to use. The first use I was a bit skeptical because it was a new product, but it worked well. By the second and third use I thought I was a Pro. Now on the 4th which was late Sep 2020 I began having issues. The top began to stick like super glue and the apples wouldn't juice well. Oh and FYI they have to be peeled and chopped into small pieces. So frustrating! Then today as I'm tryig to juice the dang thing cuts off and makes a super loud popping sound. I thought it was going to blow up. I turned it off and attempted to remove the top and it cracks. FINALLY! IM OVER IT. I called to see if I could get a refund or a replacement. Dont waste your time with this thing its to delicate to be a juicer.I will say though....it gets all the juice out of whatever you're juicing.It is a slow churn juicer.It is easy to clean.It is light weight and doesn't take up a lot of space.JUST DELICATE........

This product is off the chain easy to set up just follow the red dots on side from top to bottom or it comes with a booklet I just add 3 whole apple and ginger and peace of pine apple full two glass.This the best investment i make throw out my centrifugal juicer now I'm cold pressingOrder yesterday It delivered in 1 day super fast....

I was excited when i purchased this BUT after the 3rd use i can no longer use it !! The description regarding the U shape discharge chamber for the pulp is sooo slim that my celery pulp is constantly getting stuck ! I’ve tried cutting them in half , removing the string fiber from the celery while putting the fruits one by one and it still manages to get stuck and causing a back up in the system . I had to stop in the middle of the whole process so that i can take it apart to remove the clog

Do not buy. I love to juice every fruit and vegetable. This juicer broke within a month. The discharge shoot continually get plugged and you have to tear the machine apart in the middle of juicing to unplug it. I know I know, cut the produce smaller right? Doesn’t matter with this unit. Still gets plugged with the smallest pieces of produce. It broke after a months use because the shoot was plugged. I threw it away and purchased a Nama juicer. Still waiting for it to arrive. Thank covid lol. Hopefully the $400 Nama holds up better than this unit. Don’t waist your hard earned money on this cheap and unit if you love to juice all produce. I’m sure this thing is fine if you just want to make apple and orange juice, but if you want some greens look elsewhere.

Leider hat der Entsafter innerhalb von etwa einer Woche den "Saft" aufgegeben. Anfänglich wurde die Geschwindigkeit mit der sich die Walze dreht inkonstant, bis sie dann ein paar Tage später nur noch sporadisch funktioniert hat. Im Rückwärtsgang ging es noch, aber damit lässt sich leider kein Saft herstellen.Zudem hat der Entsafter vom Motor her nach "Elektronik" gerochen, was mich zum Entschluss kommen lässt, dass es offensichtlich ein Problem mit der Verschaltung gab.Sehr schade, wir haben uns wirklich an die Säfte gewöhnt innerhalb der Kurzen Zeit.Nehmen wir an der Entsafter hätte einwandfrei bzw. ohne Defekt funktioniert:Die Saftausbeute war äußerst zufriedenstellend. Da es unser erster Juicer war, haben wir keine Referenz, aber so aus dem Bauch heraus war die Saftmenge wirklich hoch.Auch geschmacklich gibt es keine Einwände. Die Säfte schmecken weder nach Plastik noch nach sonst etwas anderem außer der zugrunde liegenden Frucht/Gemüse.Die Reinigung stellt sich recht leicht dar, da man den Juicer sehr einfach auseinanderbauen kann und die Einzelteile alle gut spülen kann. Mit der mitgelieferten Bürste ist dies besonders leicht. Einzig die Öffnung aus der das Fruchtfleisch austritt stellt sich bei manchen faserigen Gemüsen/Obst etwas stur. Besonders Ingwer und Spinat sind keine wirklichen Freunde des Reinigenden.Wirklich schade mit dem Defekt. Mein Vertrauen in den Hersteller ist leider hin, obwohl das Gerät wirklich gute Ergebnisse geliefert hat.ZUSATZ:Kurz nach Rückgabe habe ich eine Nachricht vom Verkäufer erhalten und sie haben mir ein neues Gerät ohne Aufpreis zukommen lassen. Der Service war überaus zufriedenstellend und alles ging reibungslos und schnell.Ich hatte ein gebrauchtes Exemplar gekauft und nun ein nagelneues erhalten.Der Entsafter ist nun da und wir haben ihn ausprobiert. Er funktioniert bisher tadellos und es gibt keine Hinweise darauf, dass er die gleichen Fehler entwickeln könnte wie der Alte.Vielen Dank!

Das Gerät an sich ist nicht schlecht in der Handhabung und lässt sich relativ schnell putzen. Leider ging das Gerät nach paar mal benutzen nicht an.Was mich sehr enttäuscht hat: Der Verkäufer hat nicht auf die Reklamation reagiert. Keine Antwort oder Reaktion auf Nachrichten.

Je déconseille vraiment cet article. La pièce principale s'est fendue après 2 mois d'utilisation et maintenant tout se déboîte ce qui le rend totalement inutilisable. On passait sur le nettoyage peut facile mais maintenant direction la décharge car irréparable
