I was recently diagnosed with lower bone mass. Rather than take on a prescription, I decided to try a supplement. This company and supplement came with good recommendations, and it is easy to take. While I can't tell yet if my bones are absorbing this calcium, it doesn't upset my stomach or pass right thru me like hard calcium tablets. Reasonable price and, hopefully, good bio-availability and uptake (coupled with more exercise and healthy diet.)

Easy to swallow. Contains what I need. I discovered that if I take 2 in the morning and 2 again in the evening, it calms my restless legs at night!

I switched to this because the other brand I was using was getting too expensive. My bone density went down hill so I switched back to my other brand which I get on auto-ship now on Amazon. Hey, my bones are worth the extra money.

I am pleased to say they definitely help. I broke both knee caps, after two months there was very little bone growth and talk of hooking up bone stimulators. I started taking these as directed in hopes of supplementing whatever I needed to grow the bones and the next appointment showed a great improvement.
