Clears Your Tank Up Fast! Ecellent Product!
This product is amazing. It clears your tank up fast. I had to restart my cycled tank from a year ago because everything got sick. So I started a new tank and got a bacteria bloom. It was the worst I have ever gotten. I had to take everything out of the tank for a bit becuase it was making them sick!. Then I put them back in and finally it started to clear. But the water wasn't clearing up fully.I bought this to help. I put in half of the recommened dose for the first day to not overwhelmed my tank. It cleared it up very well. Then the next day the rest of the dose and BOOM my tank is CRYSTAL CLEAR! I foyu're tank isn't clearing I haighly recommed this product. Follow the directions and use it sparingly so you don't kill your tank though. It's a fantsic product! And it came in less than 24 hours!

Awesome stuff. Works quickly.
My koi pond water has turned green twice in the last year. The first time, one dose of this stuff and the water was clear within a day. It stayed clear for almost a year. The 2nd time, it took 2 doses and 3 days, but again the water's crystal clear.

Good for maintaining a tank.
It works well enough but won’t fix a tank that’s too far gone. I would recommend using as a maintenance product rather than a fix. The cap doesn’t have enough measurements on it.

It works
Overall the product does as it is supposed to do, This is my first ever review that I thought I needed to write because it made such a huge impact on my tank.First I would like to say no matter how lazy you are please always wash your substrate. I got about a lil over 30lbs of Seachem Black Sand Substrate in this new set up in order to keep my root feeding plants happy. I do have a couple of Kuhli loaches so the substrate was a plus as it wont scratch up their bodies and they can burrow when they want to. I made the mistake of not washing the substrate thinking I can just pour the water through a strainer so it wont disrupt the dust as much. Boy was I wrong, sure enough you can see the plumes of dust just circling around the tank as shown in the picture. I was skeptical about this product since people were saying it killed their fish thankfully I didn’t have any fish in there while I added this product so I cant tell you if it is toxic to your fish or not. However keep in mind we never truly have a full tank so under dosing it would be highly recommended. It did clear up but I was still having issues of cloudiness from the sponge in my filter and the tannins from the wood was a lil on the darker side for my plants than I’d like. So I decided to siphon out the tank as well as cleaning the filter and this time ACTUALLY cleaning the substrate until it was clear enough and the picture where its clear water but still cloudy was when I filled the tank back again and added the dosage. After the next day it was so clear although yes there was still some tannins in the water that had leeched overnight its the perfect hue for me to feel comfortable with for both my loaches and plants. It does clump up the particles like it said it was since I am running a smaller filter since I also have some otocinclus catfish that will benefit from the algae that will grow but you can just siphon up those clumps. All thats missing is for my almond leaves to come in to create that natural habitat for my kuhli loaches and have a lot of hides and places to explore. For whats its worth its inexpensive and gets the job done.

Works great
I've had cloudy water in my aquarium for a few weeks. I tried several things but nothing worked. I added this product to my aquarium yesterday and it's already much clearer.

Excellent for beginners easy of use
Listen im just a mom that got way too deep over her head and got her little girl a fishtank. Little did I know how much work the fish would be. I did youtube i read the posts.... finally got my 10g tank set up and all the right things fish and all happy. Then a few weeks later I did a water change with all the right things. And then the water is super cloudy 2 days later. I put the order on Amazon and got this magic miracle proudcut it works!!! I put it in the morning with fish in tank. That night water was clear! Only takes a little bit. You have to give it time if your impatient like me wait it out a day. 5 stars would recommend for sure! Buy it totally worth it.

Good product but API essentially doubled price
This is a good product. It does exactly what it is advertised to do. I have been using it for a while and am very pleased with the product BUT very recently API quietly decreased the concentration of the product by 1/2 requiring the purchaser to DOUBLE the amount of chemical per treatment to achieve the same result. They essentially doubled the price of their Accu-clear product. For what it's worth, it's still competitively priced with most other similar products. If you've used it before check the directions for proper dosage if you purchase a new bottle.
