Best magnesium out there!
I’ve been taking this magnesium for about 4 months now and it has greatly improved my health! I sleep better, I don’t get muscle cramps anymore nor do I have stomach twitches when I wake up. I’ve had absolutely no problems with either constipation or loose bowels.I highly recommend this type of magnesium as an excellent supplement.It would be nice if they included a dropper cap with the bottle but I already had some old droppers handy and just used one of them.After taking many different types of magnesium, I think this is the best one I’ve ever used.

Sleep improved for me, and I’m thankful
Best thing I’ve done for myself without realizing it. Had trouble sleeping and I started taking it twice a day and it’s really helped me, just don’t take the second too late so you’re not running to the toilet in the night. It’s as advertised.

This is a great way to get your magnesium unfortunately this order the cap on the bottle was cracked and busted apart when I unscrewed it I’ve ordered this several times and this is the first time this has happened.

AWFUL- BEWARE!
I took one dropper of this And nearly gagged, ranned to the sink to try and get that nasty bitter. Horrible Bitter taste out of my mouth. It is.Honestly the most disgusting thing i've ever tasted!!. I don't know much about This form of magnesium since I was using glyconate form prior With no problem. Unfortunately , it looks like it is too late for me to get my money back, since I did not open and try rt away, as I was finishing up Another brand that I was using- Which btw tasted normal unlike this godawful one!! I don't recommend this to anyone, Well maybe you could to an enemy lol Again the taste is Unbearable, Horrible and Disgusting!! If I could give no stars I would. It is so bad that no matter what you put it in you cannot avoid the nasty taste
