Time and board saver.
I received this today, and assembled in 5 minutes. Went right to a pallet that I have been wanting to break down. Fully apart in the time it would have taken me to do about 3 boards. Plus, less strain on my back.I will say, the last board or 2 are a little tricky. You don't have as much of the structure to hold things steady. Overall, a good choice.

Bent immediately in the first two minutes.
This thing is complete junk it then immediately when we started using it.Introduction:I recently purchased a pallet tool that promised durability and efficiency in handling heavy loads. However, my excitement quickly turned into utter disappointment when the tool bent within the first minute of use. The product failed to deliver on its claims, and I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from wasting their hard-earned money on such a subpar item.Build Quality:One of the first things I noticed upon receiving the pallet tool was its flimsy construction. The material used felt cheap and lightweight, which immediately raised doubts about its ability to withstand heavy lifting. Despite my initial concerns, I decided to give it a chance, hoping that appearances could be deceiving. Unfortunately, my hopes were shattered within moments of putting the tool to use.Performance:As soon as I attempted to lift a moderately weighted pallet, the tool showed its true colors. The moment I applied a bit of pressure, it began to buckle and bend, leaving me dumbfounded. How could a tool designed for heavy-duty tasks fail so miserably at its primary function? It was clear that the manufacturer had cut corners in terms of design and materials, resulting in a weak and ineffective product.Durability:I had expected the pallet tool to withstand the rigors of daily use, but its fragility became evident far too quickly. The bending incident not only rendered it useless, but it also raised concerns about its overall lifespan. If it couldn't withstand a single minute of pressure, how could it possibly endure the demands of regular, heavy-duty lifting? It became apparent that the tool was ill-suited for its advertised purpose.Safety:The immediate failure of the pallet tool not only disappointed me, but it also posed a significant safety risk. The bending metal could have easily caused an accident, resulting in injury to myself or others nearby. A product that fails to maintain its structural integrity under normal circumstances is not only disappointing but also potentially dangerous. I expected a tool that I could rely on, not one that put my well-being at risk.Customer Support:Hoping to find a resolution to my issue, I contacted the customer support team of the company. Regrettably, their response was equally disappointing. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns, providing vague and unhelpful suggestions that did not address the tool's inherent design flaws. It was clear that they prioritized sales over customer satisfaction, leaving me feeling frustrated and abandoned. Conclusion:In conclusion, the pallet tool I purchased was an absolute disappointment in every aspect. From its flimsy build quality to its abysmal performance and lack of durability, it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The safety concerns associated with its immediate bending were alarming, and the lack of support from the manufacturer further compounded my disappointment. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this particular pallet tool and seek out a more reliable and well-crafted alternative. It is crucial to invest in products that deliver on their promises and prioritize customer satisfaction, which this tool clearly failed to do.

Works great!
I got a little worried reading some reviews talking about this being flimsy and bending but I can tell you the one I got was built solid! I've taken apart about 10 pellets so far and see no signs of bending at all. The weight and functionality is so good my 4 year old was able to tear down some pellets. A great buy for sure! Hightly recommend

Bent on the first board
Bent on literally the first board I used it on. In the photos, you’ll see a larger square of removed boards I cut and pulled the first few with my bare hands. The next board gave me a bit of trouble so I bust out what I had hoped would be my trusty “deck wrecker”.Instead, what ended up happening was that the deck wrecked this thing with a single blow.Look at how rotten the board is! I got this thing perfectly seated, pushed the handle down, and watched as the handle was the only thing moving.Well, that’s not entirely true. The cheapo nuts kept spinning themselves off. I tried tightening them with wrenches, and stopped just shy of deforming the metal on my sternest attempt. Still, they would fall off every few boards. The literal only kind thing I have to say about this travesty is that the pin holding the head onto the two part handle was way nicer to use than the nuts and bolts.Sadly, even that compliment is largely based on the fatal flaw explained earlier.I had to keep pulling the pin to rotate the head each time the handle bent, just to get through the job. I had to keep flipping the bend until it went too far the opposite direction. This thing claims to be a “deck wrecker” and an “industrial” tool. Those kind of statements on this tool border on the fraudulent.Trust me on this: Do not waste you money on this complete turd.

Bust Your Pallets Not Your Nuts
This is great all around tool. It has a solid weight. Comes delivered in two pieces that are connected with a pin. Applied under any type of pallet while keeping body weight over the pallet and can pry away any pallet like nothing. Once you get to the near last board of a pallet, it begins to get more difficult to break the last piece but greatly reduces the effort using a tool over other tedious methods.

Bent on first pallet
Was very excited to receive this. When I opened the package I found that it did not include all of the hardware required for assembly. There was a pin and the two bolts, but no nuts or washers. Slightly inconvenient. Next, First pallet was a new, pine pallet. Easy enough, but one of the forks and handle both bent halfway through the first pallet. Definitely not heavy duty. The forks started bending because the round pipe on the head started collapsing. The handle started bending where the sections join together because of weak spot welds and the thin pipe in the handle. I moved to the next pallet, hardwood, turned the handle around so it would bend back into shape. Handle bent worse and in multiple locations and would not pull the outer deck board nails. Only the ones in the center of the pallet. Best advice- don't buy. Find a welder or fabricator in your area, have the make you one. It wont cost much more and you'll have a tool that will hold up.
