I bought two of these chairs and one was great, but the second one had misaligned holes and the arms were cracked and the finish/stain was unevenly applied. I contacted Amazon and they said I had to ship the chair back to the seller for a refund.The seller contacted me to see if they could send replacement parts. If they cannot, they will send a prepaid label for me to ship the chair back. They have been very responsive. I appreciate them reaching out and I would be happy to purchase from them again.

I love my new chairs. They were relatively easy to put together and they at nice clean lines to my midcentury modern house. The dark grey is a nice neutral pallet that blends and offers a blank canvas to work with. As you can see from the pictures, even the kitty approves!

I was a little worried about the durability based on the fake leather but it seems like it will hold up with, that is, if you take care of your things. I put this in my home office as a nice quiet place to have to relax vs in being in the great room and it fit my needs perfectly. It was also very easy to put together.

They look ok. They do cheap and they cushions deflate when you sit in them. I would advise on spending a few more dollars and getting something better.

It looks good, it’s comfortable and it was easy to put together but the pillow for the back is smaller than the pillow case provided and so it looks saggy.

My rating gets a 5 stars because of the customer service and quality of wood. BUT the cushions could use some more filling so I’m going to go buy some. It’s a very nice looking chair. It was also missing a bolt so this is where the customer service came in. They offered me a $10 refund as I had to go to the hardware store and buy one. They left me satisfied. What also sucked that I didn’t mention to customer service, a piece of wood didn’t align so I had to drill/shave so it lined up. I’m still happy with it, just was frustrating!

While this chair looks fairly attractive in the product photos upon assembly it only passingly matches what you see and other other reviewers are correct that the wood appears a couple shades grayer in person as well.Perhaps the biggest problem is that it's just not very comfortable nor as described. While the seat cushion is passable, the back cushion is very thin and lumpy as well. Not something you would want to sit or lean on for an extended period of time. The version I ordered included a footstool and what they delivered is in fact a foot stool, but the height is wrong to really be comfortable for an extended period of time.Bottom line, the the chair isn't comfortable enough to recommend as a temporary chair, and I'm not sure I could even recommend this thing as a rarely used accent chair since it looks and feels kind of cheap - and to be fair the price is cheap, but this might be a case where nothing is better than something.

This will be used as extra seating in the great room.
