After trying many others I found elete Electrolytes and I am very happy with it. elete is one of my favourite forms of electrolytes. I love the fact that it is almost tasteless so it doesn't contaminate my drink bottles nor is it sticky and leave a sticky residue. Fast, clean and effective.

A bit expense than your over the counter electrolytes but worth the money. Have been using it for a few days and see a notable difference with cramps. Also, you add a very small amount to water so its not very sweet.

Loved the product because before I started using it i used to constantly get camps in my legs after cycling for 2-3 hours continuously .However after buying this product and taken the recommended amount I have been able to train harder and most importantly I don't get anymore cramps.I would really recommend this product for all athletes especially those who do endurance training.
