Wow it really made a difference!
Baking my cakes are like a hit or miss thing, sometimes they dome up, sometimes they are flat, sometimes they crack in the middle or sometimes they are flat like a plain field. Then I saw a baker in Youtube recommended this as a "secret" tool for bakers and it works wonder! I already tried this on several cakes and they always ends up flat at the top and the sides are evenly colored (not brown all over)! It will take a while to get use on how to insert and cinch it up (I am still getting used to it) but worth the effort. Super recommended.

Cakes rise evenly now
I had no idea how to ensure my cakes rose evenly without being higher in the middle. UNTIL I used this. It really made a difference. Love it

This will make your cake cook even, and avoids the “dome” at the center, recommended.

Good product
I haven’t used this too often but when I do I like it.It does what it says it will and prevents the baked cake rising up too high in the centre of the pan. When the cake has finished baking it is level andmakes it easier to stack and ice without having to carve off slices to make it sit level.It comes as 2 pieces and I have used it around larger pans just by velcroing together to make one large pup.
