First off all thank you for your product and it arrives timely and the product is very good very comfortable and the stuff is also good after wearing you won't have to worry about tightness it's very good product I will definitely recommend this to my friends and my family members and the other people also thank you once again I loved your product thank you.

Belt was very tight and not recommended for extremely obese people... Just 5 to 10 minutes everyday is okay.... Not recommended to wear it for hours and after wearing, don't do anything like exercise or just walks., body needs oxygen at that time and respiration becomes difficult bcz it compress everything that lungs unable to expand, effects on heart... Don't wear and do work, exercise or yoga or stretching or bending down... Just 5 minutes everyday enough....

Got an item different from what i purchased.... this thing is not good at all... this stretches too much gives almost no support..... material is not skin friendly at all..... and eveb though there is plastic sticks between the fabric... it still rolls up....
