Can this be used to hold hot items? the last time i had an acacia board serving tray. the hot items i put onto it imparted an odd flavor to the food.

Good quality. Packaging needs improvement
Item quality is good. I ordered 3, but unfortunately one of them came with a piece chipped off. Packaging needs to be a bit better, maybe add bubble wrap.
