I've had negative reactions to other multivitamins in the past. No such reactions here. Feel better on them than off them I think but who is to say with vitamins. Good ingredients. When you examine multivitamins for either men or women, this vitamin has an amazing balance of good ingredients. For the B6, it uses P-5-P, not the cheaper HCL as most have. The B vitamins are methylated, which is definitely more costly, but it makes them more bioavailable, especially for people with a methy gene defect. I just wish they were a bit more potent, since most of us do not absorb nutrients well as we age. Maybe 1-1/2 capsules is the charm??
