The old case for my phone broke and I went to Amazon to choose a new one. So many choices and things to consider that I got weary of shopping. I told my granddaughter that I use the phone for calls, texting, and taking photos and I want a case that will work for those features. She chose this one, and it is perfect; very simple, nothing fancy, fits perfectly and allows all the buttons to work without restriction. I'm completely happy with it.

I received my iPhone 8 plus new in 2018. I immediately purchased a case that was sturdy and would be impact resistant to damage. The case held up great over the years, but 4 years later, I had the same phone and same case. The case was looking a little worse for wear (4 years was quite a good run in my perspective!), so I checked out what cases would still be impact resistant for an iPhone 8 plus but would also look decent. I'm trying to hold on to this phone for as long as possible.This case is a very sturdy silicone type case. It's flexible, but not flexible enough that my phone slips out of the case from pulling it out of my pocket, an issue I was having with my old case. So far the case has stayed on the phone, but if I want to, I can take the case off when I want. I haven't dropped my phone just yet in this new case, but it feels similar in sturdiness to my old $40 dollar case, so I have no worries there. My only issue with this case so far is that it seems to attract lint and debris. The inner part of the case is a microfiber, which is fine, but the outer part of the case is silicone. Usually any silicone case I've used previously is slick. This silicone almost grabs things. Pulling it in and out of my pocket there is quite a bit of resistance, and there is usually some kind of lint attached when its removed from a pocket. When I first put the case on my bed, there was cat hair attached to the case (hi, I have cats that sleep on my bed), and it took quite a bit of dusting to remove the hairs. Not a huge issue, but not an issue I've run into previously. I'll take the sturdiness of this case with a bit of static debris attached over my phone breaking anytime.Also, I really like that this case comes in so many color options. I'm not one for designs on my case, but I nice solid color is always welcome. I went with the color Midnight Green which is a really nice sage green, its a subtle color, but still adds a nice pop.When it's time to finally lay this 8 plus to rest, I'll definitely come back to this seller and search for a new case with whatever latest apple phone I have next.

I am able to set this phone down anywhere without it sliding to the floor. I set it on the dash of my car, on my knee, and in the seat next to me and on my golf cart. It finally stays where I put it! The only down side is that it is a little more difficult to stick in your pocket.... but well worth the extra effort.

This case fit my IPhone 7 Plus perfectly and was easy to put on. I really love the TEAL color. The case is comfortable in my hand. Very happy with this phone case. Thank you!
