So my first one never arrived but they resent it out and second one broke when installing it. The threaded piece broke off. So do not over tighten. I absolutely LOVE it. When I turn on my shower all I smell is citrus. It has helped soften my skin and helped my hair!

Refreshing and it has helped my scalp psoriasis a lot as far as relief and actual proriasis. Highly recommend.

This product worked fine the first day. On day 2 there was barely any water flowing through the filter. I removed the shower head and made sure it was not clogged., but there was still extreme restricted "water flow". I've removed it and everything is fine now. Very disappointed in this product.

It does not smell bad but not fresh like I thought it would. 1st shower I could not smell it at all, 2nd its there but not a great smell, not awful I would not buy the this scent again. Water seems a bit softer but not a big enough difference at the price point that I would purchase again. If a good sale price comes up I may try the lavender. It took me one min. or less to install, no leaks

Product feels great. Makes my water feel softer. Smells great. Not yet sure on long term effects.

The media could not be loaded. Smells AMAZING! 10 second install. I have no words. Beyond expectation. I thought it was going to be weird but I’m about to other the other scents! lol
