the adhesion is not resistant at all
Have to be careful and stretch it with my fingers as I put on the shoes. I also find the material allows the feet to slide and for sport shoes is not great as the feet end out sliding out of the shoes.

Padding too low down
The padding in it is too low down to stop my foot slipping out the shoe. I have had to move them up and cut off the excess to make them work.They are however very comfy and may work better for you but for my issue they weren’t quite right.

Very comfortable
I had a pair of boots that had a bump in the back that gave me blisters and was very painful. Covered the bump with one of these and now I wear those boots all the time very comfortably with no pain whatsoever.

Good... But not sticky enough
Comfortable, great padding, makes a slightly over sized shoe more comfortable, but doesn't really make that much difference to the size once it's worn in a bit. Unfortunately, not sticky enough.

Worked well for me
I do a lot of walking and had worn out the lining in the back of three pair of shoes. I used these to repair them. They are strong, the glue seems to have done the trick and they are comfortable. I’ve ordered 6 more for future use incase they stop making them.
