Amazing Solution for PA6-CF20

Was having trouble with bed adhesion when printing Fiberon PA6-CF20 on my Bambu P1S. After cleaning the bed several times with soapy water, isopropyl alcohol, and applying glue stick, nothing seemed to work and the print always detached once it started to cool. NanoPolymer changed that. After the first application, my issues were virtually gone. No warping, no adhesion issues, no more failed prints. This stuff really is magic and I definitely recommend trying it if you’re at your wits’ end dealing with bed adhesion or warping issues.

Best bed adhesion solution I've found in years

I've been printing for about 6 years and I've had a half dozen printers. I'm very experienced and knoweldagble about the variables that contribute to bed adhesion. My newest printer was having some trouble with very small contact surface adhesion and I couldn't use a raft or brim due to the nature of the print and post processing. I'd cleaned the bed with soap, water, rubbing alcohol. Still had trouble with adhesion, unable to get all parts to stick.Bought this stuff, painted it on, ran the same print I'd had 3 previous failures on. Worked perfectly. Decided to step it up and run 12 copies instead of 3... worked perfectly. Did it once more, 12 copies, again flawless. Where previously 1 or 2 out of 3 was having adhesion trouble, the last 27 copies have been flawless without a single failure. That said, I'm sold. I'll keep using this until I find a reason not to. I don't know how long a coating lasts but I've only done one so far so I imagine the 50ml I purchased will last quite long. Highly recomme d

Worth every penny!

This stuff just works. I have a built plate I could not get anything to stick to and I’m not a newbie to 3D printing. This adhesive works better than expected. It’s expensive but honestly worth it in my opinion. If you are hesitant to buying it, don’t be.

Best glue ever

Let me tell you, the Vision Miner Nano Polymer 3D Glue has completely blown me away. I've wrestled with my fair share of adhesives over the years in this hobby, and honestly, this stuff is in a league of its own. The adhesion it provides is just phenomenal – prints stick firmly to the bed without any annoying warping or lifting, even with tricky materials. But it's not just about the stick; the release is equally impressive. Once the bed cools, parts practically detach themselves, leaving a clean surface behind. No more scraping and potentially damaging prints! The application is smooth and even, and a little goes a long way, which means this bottle is going to last. Honestly, the reliability and ease of use this glue provides have made my 3D printing experience so much more enjoyable and stress-free.Consider me a convert. From this point forward, Vision Miner Nano Polymer 3D Glue is the only adhesive I'll be reaching for. It's simply the best I've ever used.

Worth the money.

works exactly as described. A little goes a long way. as a couple people have said some times it is overly sticky and i have needed to use a razor to get the print off the plate... better that than wasting filament on a failed build. also very easy to clean off the plate.

It actually is kind of magic

I have no idea what is in this product, and frankly I'm a bit scared to find out. I use it both at home (with my decade old PrinterBot) and with a variety of printers in lab. It works flawlessly in both settings across a wide range of print surfaces and filament materials. This has totally replaced glue, tape, and all the other adhesion-aids we used to use. For PolyProplyne in particular it's great (well, as great as anything gets for PP), which is nice because almost nothing works for PP+Glass. If you are not sure which size to get, buy the smaller one to start. You don't need much per-print, and the bottle is well set up to meter use.

Don't use adhesive, turn up the bed temp.

They will not allow returns , but that is not known until after you receive the item. If you turn up the bed temperature this will solve adhesive problem. Make sure the print head is very close to the bed. Check the bed temperature with a laser Temp gun. Run testy parts, and increase the temp 5° each time until the filament flows flat and sticks. Use magnetic bed plate and you will be able to use sparkily or carbon fiber beds.
