Until this purchase, we have always purchased magnesium in capsule form. Recently, while rereading parts of Dr Stephen T. Sinatra and Dr James C. Roberts' book, "Reverse Heart Disease Now" (2007), I noticed that for magnesium they recommended the chewable form: "We like the chewable form best because of superior absorbability."We actually like the taste of these little gummy bears. The best I can describe it is like a mildly tart citric taste that awakens your taste buds. We also like the consistency of these little, orange-colored bears. They remind me of a small gumdrop.These may be listed as "wild and organic," but if you are watching your sugar, there are 3 grams of total sugar in a serving of 2 bears (if memory serves me correctly, that would be less than a teaspoon).

I use a few of the Wild & Organic Products, Quercetin, Ceylon Cinnamon and now these. All the packages have come very well sealed and the products fresh. Also, they all taste great! Far superior to other gummy vitamins I have used.These, however, are my fave!! If they were candy, I would order them and enjoy more! You can not taste the magnesium even a bit, just a delicious orange flavor.Do they work? I assume so. I have been using them for about 5 days. These replaced another effective magnesium citrate in capsule form I had been taking and I feel the same. So, I'd say my body is still getting and absorbing the magnesium.I wish WIld & Organic would make a gummy with another form of Magnesium, such as glycinate, as I switch my forms up every couple months.

I liked these over so many others I have purchased. Because I don't have to take as many to get the milligrams I need. The taste was pleasant. I have painful leg cramping at night and trouble sleeping. These worked for me! Sorry that I cannot find them now!

They taste good but slightly rubbery, but not bad. You just have to let it melt a little.They seem to be effective and that's what matters. I have tried many other magnesium gummiesbut they didn't seem to very effective. These seem to be calming.

pros- not bad for a gummies vitaminscons- I have to take 4 gummies a day(transplant pt). so it was getting expensive

These taste DELICIOUS. When I take these magnesium gummies before bed, I sleep deeper, and fall asleep much more quickly. When I get up in the night to go to the bathroom, if I’ve had the magnesium it is a MUCH quicker return to sleep.

Usually magnesium helps keep our gut regular but these chewables haven't helped at all.
