McCormickUnseasoned Meat Tenderizer, 3.37 oz (Pack of 12)

I bought the cheapest “on sale” flap meat at the market. Made many shallow cross cuts to both sides and applied a generous bit of McCormicks to both sides. After letting the meat stand for about an hour I gave it a quick sauté in a hot skillet. The results were excellent compared to a match for this steak the night before which was like shoe leather. I don’t do beef or Buffalo often but this will be part of my prep from here on…..

You ever have trouble with tough, hard, stubborn meat too muscular to chew ? Spread some of this baby on there and your meat will be as soft and as flaccid as …. A well tenderized steak ?

I purchased these to help with bee stings and it works well when mixed with water to make a paste.

I can’t say anything bad about it because I actually bought if for my dog. They say sprinkle it on their food and they won’t eat their poo. It didn’t work but I tried!

It's too salty, you've got to be very judicious with the amount you use, which is often not sufficient to achieve the desired tenderizatiion.

Applied to a lesser cut of steak and let sit over night. Really impressive results!

When making stew. Tenderize the beef before browning. It works great. Meat melts in your mouth.
