Wow! Amazing! I read the reviews before buying this, but I wasn’t sure how well it would work. I’ve tried everything to miralax, magnesium citrate, & enema’s. This has by far worked the best and is less invasive to the body! I took two of these last night for my first time, and within the morning I had a bowel movement. No cramping, no nausea, no pain. & the bowel movement isn’t explosive diarrhea like laxatives cause. This stuff works amazing and I will continue to use for occasional constipation! Make sure you take it before bed and with plenty of water like the instructions say!

The Mag O2 cleanse is effective. You will not experience any cramping as you would if you were to take a laxative.

It made me a believer. After starting GLP1 nothing worked. I took fiber supplements which made things worse because no one told me to increase fiber slowly or it can actually cause constipation. This worked like a charm, I recommend taking it a couple hours before bed. So it has time to work and you don’t end up being late for work in the morning. It is a cleanse so expect some loose stool or diarrhea. It doesn’t last all day and it’s worth it. I took three so far for the last three days and it’s amazing. I also drink smooth move tea although on its own I don’t think it does much.

I saw that this was supposed to be a good product by a TikToker I follow. I was skeptical at first because most reviews said it worked the next morning after taking 3 at night. I took it 2 nights in a row with no result. Last night I took 3 for the third night, and today I was able to go. I didn’t have a single stomach ache or cramp which is great. I struggle with consistent constipation where I barely have a bowel movement. This worked for me just took a few days. I am going to continue to take it nightly for the next couple of days because although I did go, there is definitely is more to come out. I recommend it and it is natural with no bad ingredients.

My go to laxative/ cleanser for when I’m feeling bloated or constipated. Always gentle, no cramping. Works 10000x better than a regular laxative & isn’t so harsh on your stomach/ bowels. I’ve bought this product 10 times already & always make sure I have some on hand. You don’t even have to be constipated to take this.. I take it sometimes when I’m just feeling “big” or bloated.
