Oyster mushroom heavy, but still tasty and a good price
Way more Oyster than others, though that may vary seasonally. But if you look at the price of just Oysters, this is still a good deal. And, they are tasty.I use these differently than most probably do. I use my food processor to chop them into bits about 1/8" in size, but that does leave some more powdered residue, so I use a strainer to separate the powder and put it in a spice jar and put the larger bits in a larger container. I use the larger pieces in all kinds of stuff, but especially meatloaf and Salisbury steak for flavor and as a non-bread filler. The powder I add to gravy. The powder can really make a difference in some foods without a noticeable change in consistency. It even elevates Hamburger Helper stroganoff. Just be sure to add when there is time for it to absorb lots of liquid.

Tasteless
I have tried many types of dried mushrooms. These taste like nothing. For example, the dried shitakes I can get at Wegmans have much more flavor.Edit: The ZHEJIANG BAIXING FOOD CO. LTD reached out to me through Amazon and offered me a full refund on 28 Nov 2024. They stated that they hoped I would give them another chance, and I will. I have added 2 more stars for the customer service. When I try them again, I will update my review.

A must staple for cooking
It’s perfect having a good mix of mushrooms dryer and ready to steep and add to a dish quick. Great staple to have for cooking

Very good flavor and great variety included
This is actually a very good buy! Great variety of mushrooms included in the package very easy to rehydrate. I've added them the soups and to ramen. These are all natural and are said to not include MSG. Great buy when you're looking for something to prepare fast.

Soup's on.
I use this for various Ramen and Hot and Sour soups. I prefer this versus the chopped version. Great flavor, well cleaned, nice variety of mushrooms. I feel the value is worth the price, compared to competitors. I know i can get more dried mushrooms at the Asian market, but still these are more clean, and looks like they take more time in higher standards. So the price is justified, IMO.
