These taste awesome and are keto as well. Very low in carbs and makes just about any meal better. If you like bean sprouts and are carb conscience, these are the way to go, highly recommend.

Quality product, great price. I wrap these in bacon and grill them slowly- SOO GOOD! You can deep fry them, wrap them in bacon and air fry, add to about any dish. And did I say they are fantastic wraped in bacon and grilled? :)

The sprouts are tasty, easy to use and economical. The one drawback is that they are very long--almost spaghetti-like. I find that makes them a bit harder to eat. I prefer a slightly plumper, shorter bean sprout.

Living in rural area, local country grocery store with limited shelf space does not carry. So wonderful to order from Amazon

I was pleased with the texture and taste of these. Especially them being canned and having good nutrition re low carbs and sodium. They didn't taste like a can to me when eaten as part of a dish, but my palate is poor, so take that with a grain of salt. (I drink $5ish wine and it normally tastes fine to me. I drink fairly cheap whisky and it tastes fine to me. I like hole in the wall Chinese food places, and their food tastes as good as the food from a "fancy" Chinese place).One can mix these with other things and/or add a little relatively healthy sauce of their own choice to give a nice asian spin with some crunch to various meals. Being forced to stay home and eat a lot of can food to stay safe in COVID-19 times, I really appreciate the variety things like this provide.Oh, and the cans arrived in fine shape, not dented like so many 12 packs from various companies.

All 12 cans dented and have contacted Polar foods and told me they are sending a 12 can replacement but have not seen the replacement. have called them twice and they stated its in process from warehouse, but I do not believe them it's been too long. Amazon should have not sent a case of dented cans. Not happy at all with amazon and polar. DJD.

I like being able to open a can and put some healthy vegetable fiber into my meal, but in addition to being healthy, these at so yummy!Good quality and flavorful.
