I purchased this as a cheaper option but from a good named company for quality. The admin pouch is now on my armor carrier and is a acting med pouch until I find one that I like better. There is enough storage for 2 isralli bandages, med scissors, gauze pad, a couple glow sticks, chest seals, nose airway tube and lube, marker, emergency blanket and more. In the picture you can see the two loops off the bottom they are adjustable and is where I am storing one of my tourniquets. The front velcro is just a little bit bigger than the average patch but is where I put the med identify patch. It seems to have good zippers, no loose thread, two zipup pockets and lots of room.

Excellent product! Fits the necessity ouch pouch items and can be tossed to someone else if necessary.

I had my doubts but it’s held up well. It survived everything from thick forests, to rocky sandy desert. For the price, it is one of the best dangler pouches I’ve used. Holds a full sized IFAK perfectly
