Magnesium Flakes
Arrived on time. This is my go to for a relaxing bath whilst I’m reading or soak in the foot spa whilst I’m watching TV. Leaves the skin feeling sooo soft and smooth, plus helps you achieve a great nights rest afterward. A lil goes a long way. I buy it frequently and would recommend.

Relaxation great
So relaxing on the muscle & soften the skin, dissolves good i added few drops of lavender to the hot water & felt so calmer, less aches & helped towards a peaceful sleep

Great buy!
I was really keen to try this product because I suffer from muscle aches and pains and I'm keen to find anything that helps. I also have arthritis in my lower back and knees and felt that my pain eased after a bath and I felt much more relaxed than usual which aided my sleep.My only slight concern was that I suffer from eczema and I did feel it cause my skin to become especially dry and so it's not something I would be able to use all the time and I'd say that most people would probably need to moisturise afterwards.Delivery was speedy and the product is very good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it in particular for anyone who muscle aches and pains.

Great for a relaxing bath 🛁
Love these for a relaxing bath… Magnesium is great for promoting sleep, so I only use these in a bath before bed.Great product - as is everything I’ve tried from BetterYou 😊

Bought for son with hypermobility
I bought these for my 5 yr old who is non-verbal but pulls my hands to his legs when he’s walked too much and is feeling sore. Popped them into his bath and he slept well instead of crying in the night. Seems to me like it’s working well. Would recommend!

magnicifecent magnesium
theses are the best of the best. they dissolve beautifully and after a long soak I always have the best night sleep, feeling energised the next day and without aches from gym workout or even if I feel a little run down
