Excellent product. I have now been taking this for mild arthritis. Didn't want to review too early as that would not be correct. I have been taking this for more than one month now but at a slightly higher dosage than recommended I take 5 tablets per day. I have noticed a great deal of difference in the discomfort and also in just feeling better in myself. My wife has just started taking it also as a general supplement. I run 10km at least 5 times a week and was suffering from slight arthritis in my toes..this has now gone and able to continue. I would strongly recommend this to others that are looking from some relief. But don't expect an overnight result or a miracle cure, persevere with it and see how it works for you, it worked for me and will continue to use at considering it is cost effective, easy to take, plus getting both the Tumeric and Black Pepper in the one dose.

These capsules are exactly as described, they're very small & easy to take. I bought these to help reduce high iron levels in my blood. I'm in this for the long haul so I can't comment on their effectiveness for that yet.However, an unexpected and extremely welcome consequence of taking these capsules is that my sleep has radically improved. I have routinely woken several times every night, mostly staying awake for at least 2 hours. Since taking these capsules I've slept undisturbed. What a wonderful bonus that is.Also, I was waiting for a cortisone injection into a painful shoulder joint. The consultant had shown me clearly the problem with my joint. However when I went for treatment, although the shoulder was still painful, the Doctors were unable to see what the consultant had seen because the swelling had all but gone. The lack of swelling enabled them to see a different problem, & consequently treat that. This may be a complete coincidence. But I think it's it's worth mentioning.I've been taking these capsules daily for 2 weeks, so it's still early days, but my confidence in the product is high & I've just ordered another, larger pack.**** Update ****I took these for 6 months. Although I had high hopes for them, they didn't help to lower my ferritin levels at all. Very disappointed. The sleep benefits didn't last either. So I abandoned them. I'd forgotten about the positive impact on inflammation so I'll start taking them again for that.

Arrived promptly and in a sensible letterbox friendly package. Handy for putting in laptop bag too. Unfortunately in one of the pouches quite a few of the caps were crushed, so rather messy as turmeric is.I emailed Oxford Vitality and they sent me a replacement immediately with no quibbles - very impressed with this, I got the impression they're a small company who care.When the replacements arrived, it was easy to see how the originals were damaged, package crushed with an elastic band and the postie snatching and twisting to get it out.The inclusion of the pepper is very convenient.Been taking the product for about 10 days, after taking "Golden Milk" for about a week. There has been a slight improvement in my hip arthritis pain, which actually quite significant since I've only had to resort to ibuprofen & co-codomol once in the past week ( usually everyday ).As an added benefit, by eczema has improved, but this could be due to other factors ( less stress due to less pain )

I started taking 'Ibuprofen' for stiff and painful neck condition, which I've had for a couple of years, apparently, there is no curative treatment. Although they were quite effective I became worried as I began taking them more often with less effect. I tried another brand of turmeric which was effective and natural source of pain relief, but they left a not too pleasant taste. Then I purchased 'Oxford Vitality', they are small and easy to swallow and I don't seem to get the same taste sensation with them, they have proved just as effective and the pain relief has been much improved over the Ibuprofen tablets. Will be purchasing more, when I run low, which with 500 will take sometime. Delivery was fast.

Although I cannot be 100% certain, I believe that taking this supplement into my diet has dramatically reduced my cholesterol levels. I have been taking atorvastatin (20mg per day) for 20 years for the treatment of familial (= hereditary) high cholesterol - in my case at a level of between 8.5 and 9.0. Post atorvastatin its level has dropped to 4.5. However, I read several learned articles about curcumin and piperine in the treatment of high cholesterol (just do a google search) and came to the conclusion that there is strong evidence to support claims that they work well together. In fact my latest blood test (mid July 2017) shows an increase in LDL (=good cholesterol) and an overall reduction in my cholesterol levels to 3.7, so this product together with atorvastatin seem to be working well together. Naturally, I am delighted at this, especially since my father had a heart attack at 53 and my mother a triple bypass because of clogged arteries at 69 - she had suffered from slowly worsening angina since about 61. I am 64 and (touch wood) all is well.
