Right out of the box, UNIT WAS DEAD AND WOULD NOT CHARGE
It was a brand new sealed unit. I opened the box and the unit was dead, which seemed strange. Then I sat the device on the charger for 8 hiurs and nothing. Dead. No lights.

Purchased from Apple when first produced
I've used this off and on for over a few years. It works great, can charge laptops as well as phones. I dunno why the reviews are so bad. I still use it, and it's worked great for me. I feel bad, because it can fully charge my iphone 15 pro max from empty to full twice.

However, when I attempted to use it, I encountered a frustrating issue—it simply never started working. Despite following the instructions and ensuring it was fully charged, the power bank failed to deliver any power to my laptop.What I found most disappointing was the lack of functionality right from the beginning. A reliable laptop power bank is a crucial accessory for many, and when it fails to work immediately, it can be extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

I bought this item in early July and by early October it had stopped working. Do not recommend.

Incorrect information.
I lost my 20,000 mAh mophie and decided to try this one. I prefer the 20,000 mAh mophie instead. This 26,000 mAh only provides about 15 hrs total charge time for my cellphone. Nowhere near 85 hours. I am disappointed.

Will not charge! Not a good product IMO
Purchased the unit and out of the box, it will not charge at all. I returned and got a replacement, and this unit will not take a charge either! I thought Mophie was a great product, but now, I will return and get a different brand altogether.
