Great when recvd
Ordered this for my husband for Fathers Day a little too close to Fathers Day. However estimated shipping said it would arrive on Father’s Day hence why I went ahead and ordered. It didn’t come on Father’s Day. Instead it came on Tuesday. Once it did arrive though my husband absolutely loved it! Quality is good not scratchy and the embroidery is beautiful

A mistake that was made and no email to correct
Very disappointed in this. Apparently I must have made a spelling error, however, an email or if they reached out to correct this would have been nice. It was my sons very first Father’s Day, in which, was a miracle, because they had to do IVF after many miscarriages, which is very sad. I just wish they had reached out to me to correct. Just hate that they didn’t. Companies are losing customer service and it’s sad.
