I'm sure this is a nice idea, and it might work while you are travelling. But, you can literally not lay on your side because there is the speaker's hard pressing on your ear. Needs some improvement.

I got this sleep headphones kit because I have terrible tinnitus, and there is too much light pollution in my complex. It charges fast and easily, and seems to work all night. The soft padded speakers were actually pretty amazing at providing good sound I wanted to hear while cancelling out the noise already in my ear and the environment. The buttons are easy to use and well explained, although you can’t see them as they are in your forehead.Honestly the biggest problem I had was finding something that I wanted to listen to all night. That wouldn’t cause more problems than it fixed. Amazon Music has some nice stuff available for meditation music or white or brown noise that is soothing and unchanging.Recommend this for folks with tinnitus, for those who sleep different schedules than the rest of the world, people who don’t like the idea of earphone type devices all night, or cords attached to them while they’re sleeping.

This has been a game changer for my sleep schedule. I need noise to fall asleep and my fiance needs absolute silence. This has been the best solution. The headband is comfortable and the speakers are small and flat. I'm a side sleeper and I don't feel to much pressure on my ear. The speakers have a little room to move as well so if it was creating too much pressure they could be moved right next to the ear w/the volume up to avoid the issue. The device has a good battery life and charges fast. The headband is also pretty cute. Definitely recomend.

I wanted something for laying down and listening to hypnotism files. This is perfect for it because it doesn't hurt the ears when turning and doesn't feel uncomfortable.The speakers aren't that great for hi highs and low lows but it's exactly what I wanted.

I’ve had this headband since january and I can’t live without it. I just bought another one because I’m afraid this one will die or I’ll lose it and I’ll be lost without it. I wear it to bed every night (sexy) and listen to dry podcasts that lull me to sleep. No more lying in bed forever with racing thoughts running through my head. I fall asleep so much faster. Eventually I wake up enough to realize that I’m asleep and I just rip it off and throw it on the floor. I used to listen to my podcasts by putting my phone under my pillow but then as I was falling asleep I’d have to find the button to turn it off and I would wake up. This thing is comfortable and I don’t even notice the ear buds pressed against my head. The only bad thing about it is that I look like a fool and my husband and kids tease me but I don’t care!

I LOVED this for sleeping but after a year the headphones wouldn't keep a charge. Now I'm unable to use it; it plays for a few minutes and then turns off. Time to replace. I'm so sad; I loved this (fit my head well and charged well but all of a sudden; dead).
