Q: Where can I find the greenery top right and lower left table number cards that are shown in the 12" table number holder stands ad?

We found greenery at a local florist. They just gave it to us. Also, at Christmas time, if you go to an outdoor tree store, they often have cuttings that they are willing to give away..

Q: After these have assembled and used, can they be dissembled for storage and reassembled? Are they still sturdy?

Yes they are easy to disassemble for storage and sturdy enough to reuse. I suggest keeping the box they are in and using it for storage.
