Expensive, but you’ll never need another pair of earbuds!
Why did you choose this product over others?:I chose these because the noise cancelling is superior and is fantastic for people who are in loud environments. You get passive noise cancelling from the ear tips being snug in your ear, then it’s your choice to add extra noise cancelling in the app, but a little goes a long way, and I’ve never needed it to half way or full.Charging speed:Charging speed is fantastic and never had the headphones go flat on me yet, even after heavy useComfort:Comfort with these earbuds is fantastic, they come with different sized ear tips, from small to large, so you can have a different size in each ear.Weight:The weight is fairly light weight and feel premium with a nice feel to themDesign:The design is small and compact, but don’t let that take away from the amazing sound quality, amazing and shocked me when I put them in the first timeEase of use:Very easy to use with touch control, the app is very intuitive, and plays a tone every time you put them in, but need to play it in the app settings so it tells you you if the seal is good or notBattery life:Fanatic as stated previously, never find myself having to rush to charge them after intense use

Unusable, loses bluetooth connection to iPhone within seconds, RETURNED, AVOID
Bose Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds.I gave it a try for a month - UNUSABLE, AVOID. I'm a techie and I don't return items. UNRELIABLE. RETURNED.SUMMARY:=========I bought this over Sony's competitor as multiple *paid* online tech site reviews recommended it for noise cancelling. Worked first few days (literally), but then would not connect to my up-to-date iPhone next to it. Or would drop connection 20s into streaming / call. And would not be able to reconnect. I gave it a month, tried re-pairing, resetting... nothing helps stabilising it. All problems persist.PAID REVIEW SITES WON'T TELL YOU that this has a *serious* design problem with pairing and maintaining bluetooth connection. And despite saying "designed for iPhone" - it is not. See other 1 star reviews here and on reddit for connection problems. This is priced as £200+ premium product (bought on Black Friday new from Amazon) - it is an "Alpha" / product demo software at best. RETURNED.BAD===(worked a few days and the below started)* Cannot find an iPhone next to it - bluetooth on the iPhone can't see it, Bose app doesn't see it. This is my first pair of bluetooth ear/headphones that has this problem.* When connects, < 1min into a stream (music / podcast / call) - just says "lost connection". And it takes returning to the case / re-pairing / fiddling for 5+ mins, to re-connect and then either works or it doesn't. UNUSABLE.* Multipoint (connecting to 2 devices) - just doesn't work and makes things worse - keeps connecting / disconnecting from both to the point I had to turn it off.* On a few occasions would not even detect being removed from the case / inserted into the ear. Then you need to return both earbuds into the case, sometimes multiple times and put back in for it to recognise that it should be on. Even the app can't connect.Annoying / could live with:======================* You'll need to buy an external case for this. For a premium product - it has a flimsy lid that feels like it could snap off at any point in time, my no-name £20 earbuds have better quality lid build.* Multipoint connection doesn't work - I would be able to forgo this not working but it is unusable* Doesn't do 6 hours as advertised. It does 2-3 hours with noise cancelling / immersion at best with iPhone in a pocket 1m from it.* it has a strong magnetic connection but almost hard and tricky to take out of the case - I could live with this if it workedGood:=====* When it works, noise cancelling is almost as good as my over-the-ear Sony headphones, tested on the road, in a car.* "Aware" mode is excellent and you can hear clearly the music / speech & surrounding sounds* "immersion" mode is gimmicky but I'd say very well done.* Most earbuds don't fit me - these fit me very well and gives you a few more options with other in-ear sizesConclusion:==========Don't buy. This is priced as a premium product. My cheap no-name earbuds *never* drop the bluetooth connection to my iPhone and switch seamlessly to other sources.Trying these was a constant daily frustrating battle. I can't afford to spend 20+ mins fiddling with this to just enable them or wait for them to start working. If you're from Bose and reading this - guys, this is a pre-Alpha release. This could've been a fantastic product. It is poor - I don't know how you managed to release this. This should've been revoked. You lost a future customer as I won't consider you again.

No Problems
I've had a long line of Bose earphones/headphones and never had a problem. I was reading reviews (I always go to the bad reviews first) and really couldn't relate to the experiences.I've had every model of wireless Bose earbuds and think that they've got better and better. If you're not bothered about the immersive listening - then look for a pair of last year's QCII model, because I think that is the only difference. The fitting is a bit of a challenge initially, there is a bit of trial and error in getting both bits of silicon to fit just right. But it is worth persevering because that's where you'll get the optimum comfort and noise cancellation - once this is done you are set for good. The key reason I have persisted with Bose is largely comfort - I think that the silicon tips in all Bose earphones sets them apart before we even get to sound.Pairing with an iPhone and the app is pretty straight forward - although sometimes you are paired - you can see it on your phone's Bluetooth connections and you can hear fine, but the app doesn't think you're connected. But it seems to sort itself out.The sound I think is as good as any buds I've tried, I also own Airpod Pros and Sony's media darling WF 1000XM4. Both quite similar in sound - but not as comfortable - especially for long spells of use - and especially the Sonys which I find quite heavy. I've not suffered from any white noise or interference on sound. Through the app you can tweak the EQ to your taste - I've found that it is really not worth the bother. On to the Immersive Audio - this is the big change from the previous model. It's far from necessary but when it works well - it is very effective. I've largely been using Apple lossless and the results vary a bit. More recent releases like say Billie Eilish sound fantastic - genuinely immersive. On rock, where it works well you get a clarity and separation that unveils hitherto unheard details. Overall I like it and think it's a decent - if not entirely essential - enhancement. I do listen to most music with Immersion on - so I guess that says something. The only real niggle I have is the lack of wireless charging. Which you can have for £50 in the form of a silicon case on top of the supplied case.Overall these remain the buds to beat for me.
