Ninja Blast - Brilliant Portable Blender
I’ve been using the Ninja Blast Portable Blender (530ml) for a few weeks now, and it has been absolutely fantastic. It’s compact, cordless, and incredibly convenient—perfect for anyone who wants to make smoothies, protein shakes, or iced drinks on the go without compromising on performance. The design is sleek and practical. It fits easily into my gym bag, car cup holder, or kitchen cupboard. The leakproof lid and built-in sip spout are excellent touches, allowing you to blend and drink from the same container with no spills. It’s ideal for commuting, travelling, or using at the gym or office. The blender charges via USB-C and holds a charge well—I get around 10 to 12 uses from a single full charge, which is more than enough for a week of daily blending. In terms of performance, it’s surprisingly powerful for its size. I’ve used it with frozen fruits, protein powder, oats, nut butter, spinach, kale, and even ice cubes, and it has blended everything smoothly in under 30 seconds. For thicker blends, a gentle shake during blending helps everything move around evenly, but this is to be expected with portable blenders.Cleaning is effortless. You simply add warm water and a drop of washing-up liquid, blend for a few seconds, rinse it out, and it’s ready to go again. The blades aren’t removable, but they’re easy to clean with this method, and I’ve never had any problems with residue or odours. This blender is also impressively quiet and feels very well made. It’s sturdy without being heavy, and the sip lid is secure—I’ve had no leaks, even when taking it in my bag.If I had to mention a drawback, it would be that it’s designed for single servings only, which might not suit everyone. However, that’s clearly the purpose of a portable blender, and it does the job exceptionally well. It’s not intended to replace a large kitchen blender but to complement it by offering flexibility and portability.Overall, the Ninja Blast has quickly become one of my favourite daily-use gadgets. It’s perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle who still wants to eat (or drink) healthily, without the mess or hassle. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a portable, reliable, and efficient blender.

Great little blender
This item is great. I've charged it once since I bought it as instructed, I've used it 7 times without recharging. I did recharge earlier but wasn't given any warning to do so, so it could have lasted another 2 or 3 times I feel. The bad reviews I dare say they got a faulty item because I've no real issues with it at all, just great smoothies.Troubleshooting: don't put any firm fruits in first like apples or pears, those will almost certainly jam. Try softer fruits first. Adding a liquid or juice does help.Otherwise very happy. Contrary to a lot of wrong reviews the cup DOES deattach from the blender device. You DON'T need to carry the base around.Good combo: Start with grapes and blueberries, tangerine, Kiwi and a pear. No jams no issues. In short: it does indeed jam but that's if you start with a hard or firm fruit like an apple or pear. Way around it is as described above. This device would be better if it didn't jam like any regular sized blender. Otherwise very happy with it

Good quality portable blender
This is the second ninja blender I've brought.First one was for myself, missus kept stealing it so I brought her one.Really good machine.I normally do a breakfast smoothie with oats, only thing I'll say is I tend to lean the first couple of blends as blades can get stuck.Owned for around 5 months now and can honestly say they both get used most days.Highly recommend

Very disappointing
I am doing a health kick & did a lot of homework into a smoothie maker and this one kept coming up on the top of every bloggers list and review site I looked at so thought I was in for a sure winner.Sadly I will be returning this to Amazon due to poor battery & performance.Arrived next day as expected. I ordered the purple which looks smart.I brought frozen fruit on our shop just for this smoothie maker.I followed the instructions with liquid then fruit and turn on.It didn’t break down the pineapple very well at all I had to keep stopping and checking and getting a spoon in to this to move the lumps around to then start the mixing yet again. It felt like forever it was several minutes.I found the power very disappointing indeed I could see it trying but it just couldn’t get do it in one go.So I left it a few days then tried again this time with no frozen pineapple this time I used frozen berries with fresh apples and turned it on and it couldn’t break down the skin on the apple, I read different blogs that one said skin is fine & isn’t an issue for this machine and others that said it doesn’t work with skin on the apple so I had to try! Sadly it left it tasting very gritty and kept getting caught in my throat. Now while I was doing this second smoothie the battery died about 30 seconds into it! I had only done one proper smoothie this was my second try and already the battery has died! For Ninja this is very bad indeed. My friend has a no name brand and yes hers struggles with frozen pineapple as well but the battery lasts her a fair few days and it is a similar price to this one but performs better which should not happen. The size is a bit small you cannot add much liquid which I feel adds to the issues of poor blending.I doubt I would use this brand again. Something as simple as a smoothie blender like this should be a high standard of battery and blending quality. Ninja have failed big time.
